I've shared Watsu and other Aquatic Bodywork since 1996,and teaching since 2000.
My love of Watsu® stems from the heart-centered connection I feel w/ the person floating in my arms.The space of total presence and awareness the giver provides is the same space we can use to bring peace in our world, locally and globally.

Good communication is essential; having studied Non Violent communication I bring that into the classroom.

My mission is to create a new paradigm of teaching with ease, grace and groundedness.
My early Montessori teacher training is a valued asset to my Watsu® instruction. Teaching at the child's level gave me the ability to break down the whole,into easier learning parts. As a result, I use movement, fun & a foundation of body mechanics in my watsu instruction. I believe a Watsu® class can be taught as a Watsu® session,more like zenflow.
