This class is 50 hours Wednesday - Sunday...
info@shiatsu.cz

Learn how the getting lighter of the one in your arms each time they breathe in, engages your own breathing from a deep level, and establishes the rhythm of the moves and stretches to come. Learn how floating someone at your heart draws you into a continuum, a moving as water, and a profound stillness. Learn the moves that open every Watsu session around the world. Done on both sides and complete in itself, this unconditional bodywork can be returned to again and again without ever exhausting its potential.

Learn long gracefully flowing transitions into and out of Watsu's major positions. Learn about your own body mechanics - how to support and move each person as effortlessly as possible in the water.

The Transition Flow follows Basic Watsu and completes Watsu 1. Learn to expand the Basic form with long gracefully flowing transitions into and out of Watsu's major positions. Learn to adapt this to people of all sizes, shapes and dispositions. Learn about your own body mechanics - how to support and move each person as effortlessly as possible in the water.

Feedback from students who have taken this class taught by Darja Havelkova:

12/02/2018 ... Darja was such a pleasure to work with. Her beautiful energy and ease of presenting the material to be learned was perfectly timed and adapted very well to the needs of the students. It was easy to follow her direction and she really cared about the energy of the class... which was so calm and blissful to be a part of. I look so forward to working with Darja again as soon as possible!!
11/26/2018 ... I could only recommed course Watsu I. for those, who wish to find another level of experince their own body. Watsu gave me new point of view, how I could experienced my own body. It even showed me, how use aquatic body work for deeper relaxation, releasing internal tension and to find support and mediator in water.
11/25/2018 ... I would not recommend this instructor. I learned Watsu 1 due to the co-teacher and assistant teacher. The fellow students were beautiful.
11/23/2018 ... I would like to recommend this course to the other students. Mrs. Darja Havelkova leaded this cuorse with her own way, whitch is professional on the one hand and on the other hand it is also full of understanding of watsu energy. Which was showed us all together during this course.
11/20/2018 ... that was a great course in terms of knowledge and skills from Watsu basic and transition flow. There was enough time to practise and incorporate the sequences and also additional time for individual exercising.

However, the organisation was very poor. Conditions where not meeting the expectation and the price was way too high according to the conditions. Additionally it was not transparent how much we pay and for what and finally some of us paid more and other less for supposingly the same.
Things were communicated in emotional manner in moments it wasn't needed and I found it destructive.
I also didn't understand why I cannot count the celebration session that I gave to the person from outside of the course as my first practise session.
