Learn how the getting lighter of the one in your arms each time they breathe in, engages your own breathing from a deep level, and establishes the rhythm of the moves and stretches to come. Learn how floating someone at your heart draws you into a continuum, a moving as water, and a profound stillness. Learn the moves that open every Watsu session around the world. Done on both sides and complete in itself, this unconditional bodywork can be returned to again and again without ever exhausting its potential.

... Absolutely take the course...
... This course provides an avenue for continued self-awareness. There is another world to explore when grounded in the water. Diane Feingold provides the arena for this advancement in to an individuals quest for self-improvement. Information, direction, guidance, and critique are the basis for her instruction of Basic Watsu. This has been an opportunity to find what I can contribute to the water world.
... The class was very enlightening and I would recommend that it be taken to heal others through water.
... It was an amazing experience! The progression and the organization of the class were excellent.
At first I thought I was not going to be able to remember all these different movement but 2 days later I was enjoying the flow and the progression of it. That is exiting and makes me want to learn more of it!
I also liked to share how I was drown to choose this training because I found about it and about Diane online. I looked at many websites and presentation and pictures and Diane gave me that feeling of Beauty and Delight and finding a place a little Heaven on earth. Watsu is a way to go back "Home".
... Highly recommended
... I would tell them to take it!
... Auditing the course was like taking a whole new class. I got to see it from a whole new perspective as well as recognize and acknowledge in myself how far I have come since the first time I took the class. Small details, things that make the transitions smoother for the both client and provider were honed in on and began to feel natural. I felt more grounded in the water and more confident in myself after auditing this class. I would recommend auditing all the levels repeatedly as there seems to be something new each time.
... I have experienced giving and receiving many styles of bodywork and Watsu is by far the most profoundly healing work I have ever experienced. It reaches way beyond the session into your entire life whether you have just received or learned to give by simply being completely present with another human being. I don't know how Diane did it but she managed to give us a firm understanding of body mechanics, technique and form and a much deeper understanding and appreciation of presence in just 2 days! I walked away feeling confident in my ability to share this work with others. Diane was encouraging and supportive and couldn't have been any more perfect!
... This course will open doors of healing that you never knew existed. I highly recommend it and know that you will be learning from Diane who is a Watsu master in her gentle healing touch. I very much enjoyed the class & meeting wonderful people in the class also.
... Begin with no expectations. Let it come to you as it will in what ever form it might be. The water has a way of working in and with you. At first it feels like an awkward stranger but after a while it begins to feel like a long lost friend returning home.
Be patient with yourself and with your body as it learns/remembers how to be in the water. It will remember !!
Diane was a wonderful instructor.I ended the Basic Watsu class feeling like I had a solid foundation on which to continue. She was patient yet persistant, encouraging me over and over again to pay attention to form, to breathe, to trust the water and myself.I plan on taking more classes with Diane in the near future.
