To the public:
I have the pleasure of working in a community 'Specialist Learning Disability Team' in Shropshire UK; I am the 1st WATSU practitioner in the NHS, (National Health Service.) Our team comprises of Physiotherapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Community Nurses, Challenging Behaviour Team and Consultant Psychologists. I have enjoyed sharing WATSU with my colleagues, community health staff and clients; as a practitioner I look forward to completing case studies supporting the health benefits of WATSU. We have 'Aquatic Therapy' clinics in Oswestry, Shrewsbury, Whitchurch, Telford and Ironbridge. I have worked in aquatic therapy since 2005, my WATSU training is complimented by Jahara - Support, Halliwick (Foundation and Advanced), Developmental Neuroscience & Learning Disability - various courses and a Bad Ragaz course with Urs Gamper, Kent UK April 13. I have trained extensively with Jacqueline Pattman MCSP ATACP Approved Tutor who introduced me to WATSU and recommended 'Basic WATSU' training with Hilary Austin UK. I am looking forward to sharing and introducing WATSU to many residents of the UK.
