Aquatic Healing Arts is a unique health care practice specializing in aquatic therapy including Watsu®, and Aquatic Integration™. Personalized treatment in a warm therapy pool provides wide-ranging benefits for both wellness and rehabilitation.

Benefits of aquatic therapy include: relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction, improved sleep and energy, and enhanced body awareness. Physical improvements include the areas of strength, flexibility, posture, balance, coordination, and respiration. Sessions are catered to the needs of the individual.

In a holistic way, aquatic therapy promotes physical function, calms the mind, elevates the spirit, and can lead to emotional release and insight.

Harriette Bashi, MS PT, LMT is the owner of Aquatic Healing Arts and she provides both physical therapy and massage therapy services. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Pain Society of Oregon, and is a Certified Watsu® Practitioner. Services are provided primarily at Tamarack Wellness Center, 3575 Donald Street, Eugene, OR. The pool is 92 degrees F and is salt /UV disinfected without adding chlorine.
